
Food Safety Quality Professional

This role is based in the Adelaide region and involves working with a leading food service network. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and formulation of all Seafood and Meat Food Safety policies, procedures, and programs.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food Science/Engineering or relevant qualification. Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously are essential. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting seafood rooms to ensure SQF/HACCP compliance
- Developing training and assessment materials
- Creating processes and procedures within the processing site
- Conducting and/or facilitating training sessions
- Reviewing and analysing changes to legislative requirements and their effect on business practices
