Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting quarterly cleaning audits and departmental inspections in supermarkets
  • Completing accurate and timely electronic service and audit reports
  • Documenting service activities, inspection findings, and corrective actions
  • Communicating food safety improvements and resolving client issues effectively
  • Installing and maintaining hygiene and dosing equipment per specifications and standards
  • Performing preventative maintenance and repair non-functioning equipment
  • Supporting new store rollouts, ensuring proper training and installation sign-off
  • Maintaining safety data sheets (SDS) and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Delivering formal and on-the-job training as per contractual obligations
  • Responding to customer requests and complaints promptly
  • Maintaining tool kits and field test kits, replacing expired or contaminated items
  • Achieving 100% compliance in monthly CMX platform reporting
  • Traveling regionally as required for installations and repairs

Requirements for this role include:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivation with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel with a valid driver's license
  • Experience in equipment service, repair, and installation (chemical hygiene/food industry preferred)
  • Basic technical skills and safe use of tools (e.g., drills)
  • Background in food safety, sanitation, or pest control (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Required: Police Check, Industry White Card, Working with Children Check
