Are you looking for a role that combines coordination and events? Look no further. We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as our new Crewing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the AV crew across various locations and events. Your primary tasks will include scheduling full-time and casual staff, preparing crew requirements, and inducting new casual staff into the company.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in professional audio-visual environments, and previous experience in a crewing or operations role. A solid understanding of live events and the ability to stay calm under pressure will also be beneficial. You will be working with a close-knit team and enjoying exciting AV projects across Melbourne.
This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as it involves working outside normal business hours at times. However, you will be rewarded by seeing the incredible events come to life. If you are motivated, adaptable, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and experience in live events, we encourage you to apply.
