About the Role

The Property Development Administrator will be responsible for coordinating property development activities across multiple regions in Australia. This role will maintain and update the CRM system, support the property development team with workflow improvements, and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency as the company expands its network of fuel and non-fuel locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM software, documenting property development activities, including site acquisitions, leases, contracts, and approvals.
  • Act as a central point of contact for the property development team, ensuring clear communication and timely project updates between departments and regions.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing workflow and operational improvements to streamline property development processes and enhance team efficiency.
  • Manage and organize critical property documents, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Generate regular reports on project statuses, deadlines, and key metrics to inform decision-making by senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on property development goals and objectives.
  • Provide administrative support for property acquisition, leasing, and development projects, including scheduling meetings and tracking deadlines.

About You

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within property development, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and departments.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in managing data and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing process improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while also operating independently when needed.
