About the Role

The Franchise Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success for REA Group's franchisees. This is a key position that requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with franchisee portfolio to understand their business needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Use data and insights to deliver value and support to franchisees, ensuring they achieve business growth and loan settlement targets.
  • Coach and mentor franchisees to develop their skills and knowledge, and provide guidance on business development and strategy.
  • Work closely with other areas of the business to support franchisee portfolio and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in lending or lending process, with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
