About the Role

As a Tech Learning & Development Coordinator at REA Group, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences for our employees. This is a key role in our Global Technology team, which is dedicated to reigniting our tech community's love of learning.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the School of Tech, a platform for learning and development within the company
  • Design and deliver the REA Tech Onboarding program, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition to the team
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to build in-house learning programs that meet the needs of our employees
  • Support our Guilds, internal communities of practice, in their learning and development endeavors
  • Negotiate access to external tech learning resources and courses, enhancing our employees' learning opportunities
  • Oversee logistics for tech events, meetups, and communities, ensuring seamless execution


Requirements

  • A process-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
  • A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Knowledge or experience in Learning & Development, coordination, Agile project management, hospitality, events, community management, communications, or workplace management
