About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our Paediatric Medicine team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing human resource services, ensuring the Division's E-recruitment needs are met, and providing a coordinated quality management service across Paediatric Medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide human resource services for the recruitment and selection of all non-nursing staff.
  • Ensure the Division's E-recruitment needs are met.
  • Ensure a coordinated quality management service is provided across Paediatric Medicine in relation to core business administrative functions.
  • Conduct, implement, and manage defined projects as directed.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to supervise, foster collaboration, and manage staff.
  • Highly developed skills in written and oral communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in the facilitation of change management.
  • Extensive experience in an administrative management role within the public sector environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing staff to meet organisational objectives, targets, and goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing effective human resource best practice standards for the management of staff, including performance development review.
