Culture, Diversity and Employee Experience Professional

We are seeking an experienced Culture, Inclusion and Wellbeing Specialist to join our Culture and People Experience team at Australian Retirement Trust (ART).
As a Culture Specialist or Inclusion and Wellbeing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading projects and initiatives that contribute to the objectives of our Culture, People and Enterprise Strategy.
About the RolesWe have two newly created permanent roles that will suit experienced professionals looking to drive positive change in these key areas.
- Culture Roadmap:
- Deliver and embed our culture roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate culture programs into our delivery roadmap.
- Evaluate progress against key priorities, such as embedding purpose and values.
- Empower Project:
- Execute the Empower experience end-to-end, including kick-off, immersions, leadership insights, participant experience, communications, coaching, and learning interventions.
- Facilitate the Empower program, ensuring effective delivery and meeting participant needs.
- Evaluate the program's effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Manage the budget for the Empower program, allocating resources efficiently.
We're looking for a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You should be able to pick up problems and come up with creative solutions. Some essential qualities include:
- Demonstrated experience operating as a specialist, leading people and culture initiatives, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Consulting experience in inclusion, belonging, and holistic wellbeing strategies, or in culture transformation and leadership development.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership development, organisational development, or related fields, including program management and stakeholder engagement.
- Versatile experience across several practice areas within People & Culture, such as talent management, capability development, culture and engagement, inclusion, and belonging.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience designing customer-centric solutions.
