About the Role

As a Data Insights Strategist - Employee Experience Transformation, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of employee experience at Australian Retirement Trust. You will lead the development and implementation of data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, optimize systems, and enhance the overall employee journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a people data strategy that enables informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead the configuration, development, and continuous improvement of People and Culture technologies to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of People platforms core systems, ensuring data integrity and security profiles are defined and adhered to.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement reporting solutions that provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leaders, analysts, and specialists, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing technology solutions and data strategies, preferably in a similar role or operations-focused role within a large organization.
  • Knowledge of change management practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
