Job Overview
The Specification Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by developing strategic relationships with architects, builders, designers, and key decision-makers.
Key objectives include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring our products are specified as the preferred choice.
Responsibilities involve developing and maintaining working relationships with architects and fabricators, recording projects and activity in customer relationship software, engaging with fabricators and sales teams on specified projects, and representing us at trade events.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have a stable employment history and experience in a similar position. A demonstrated understanding of window and door products is essential, along with knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. Strong computer literacy and skills in Microsoft Suite are required, along with basic CAD skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.
