About Our Business Development Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, prioritizes customer success, and has a strong track record of sales or business development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent communication and a deep understanding of their needs

- Collaborate closely with our technical team to prepare accurate RFQs and ensure clients receive the right solutions

- Work in direct partnership with senior leadership to shape and execute strategic sales initiatives

- Manage the full sales cycle, clearly communicating each step from initial contact to deal closure

- Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline status, and client feedback, ensuring open communication across teams and stakeholders

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven success in B2B sales or business development

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

- Experience in manufacturing, procurement, or industrial services is highly desirable

- Ability to work independently with a proactive, self-starter attitude
