
Business Partner for Organizational Growth

The Royal Women's Hospital is one of Australia's oldest and most distinguished tertiary hospitals dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of women and newborns, offering specialized services within maternity, neonatal and women's health.
This role is an integral part of the hospital's mission to provide strategic and operational support for its workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with managers and directors to build their capability, providing timely advice and training across the employee lifecycle such as workforce management and planning, performance management, employee relations, change management and strategic recruitment.

- Interpreting Enterprise Agreement provisions, drawing upon relevant industrial instruments, legislation, policies and procedures to respond to and help resolve manager and employee enquiries.
- Maintaining a positive workplace culture and staff experience through coaching, mental health first aid and family violence workplace support, alternative dispute resolution methodologies and wellbeing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Human Resources generalist with demonstrated experience as an internal consultant and partner in the provision of strategic and tactical day-to-day HRM advice, along with provision of support, coaching and leadership on complex business and people matters. They will have a strong focus on maintaining an exceptional employee experience and a commitment to the organization's values of Courage, Passion, Discovery and Respect.
Requirements- Delivering contemporary solutions-focused strategic HRM initiatives.
- Influencing culture through the provision of advice and coaching, including the formulation and delivery of culture-shift strategies to strengthen required positive behaviors of individuals and teams.
- Employee Relations, particularly in building performance, coaching leaders, case managing underperformance and disciplinary matters, resolving disputes, alternative dispute resolution, and conducting investigations.
- Industrial relations and experience working with complex enterprise agreements.
- An environment of high-volume queries, navigating and resolving complex people matters and supporting multiple stakeholders.
