Dynamic Role: People Business Partner
This is a unique opportunity to join our national People Team as a strategic business partner, driving innovation and problem-solving to deliver great outcomes for employees and leaders.
About the Position:
- Collaborate with senior leaders across multiple portfolios to provide expert advice and solutions.
- Act as a sounding board and coach to drive performance, engagement, and change.
- Support initiatives in employee relations, performance management, remuneration, organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong HR background, ideally with advisory or business partnering experience.
- Detailed knowledge of employment legislation and exposure to enterprise agreements.
- Broad expertise in areas such as learning & development, change management, employee engagement, recruitment, and organizational design.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging with people at all levels of the organization.
