Job Title:

Service Operations Administrator

Description:

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to designated areas, teams, or branches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase requisitions, overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, managing time capture reporting, and coordinating the mobilisation of technicians to and from sites in alignment with their rosters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to designated areas, teams, or branches
  • Coordinate logistics, including rosters, training matrices, audits, and compliance
  • Manage site mobilisation requirements, ensuring accurate timesheet entries and induction processes
  • Oversee work order administration, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranty processing
  • Maintain inventory control, including safety supplies (PPE), uniforms, and stationery
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments
  • Support additional tasks as required to assist various branches and locations
Requirements:
  • Highly developed administrative skills with previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Advanced computer literacy skills, previous SAP experience advantageous
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
