Senior Governance Coordinator

As a highly skilled and dedicated professional, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to the CEO and Mayor. Your primary focus will be on coordinating all aspects of Executive Leadership Team (ELT) operations, ensuring smooth and efficient governance systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering confidential support to senior executives with professionalism and foresight
- Coordinating meetings, governance calendars, actions, and outcomes for the ELT
- Leading and mentoring a team of Executive Assistants, promoting capability and service excellence across the organization
- Driving improvements to executive workflows, systems, and internal processes
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Proven experience supporting CEOs, Mayors, or senior executives in complex environments
- Exceptional communication, judgement, and leadership skills
- A natural organiser with attention to detail and advanced Microsoft 365/SharePoint skills
- A trusted professional with a Diploma in Business Administration (or similar) and at least five years in a senior support role
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence
