Operations Coordinator Job Summary

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the administration team.

  • Liaise with customers to coordinate waste movement on and off-site.
  • Provide excellent customer service via incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Control vehicle movements and direct traffic using radio communications.
  • Complete manual paperwork for all receivals at the site.
  • Data entry into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Conduct site visitor inductions.

We are seeking a motivated individual with basic admin skills who can work effectively as part of a close-knit team.

  • Able to work every Thursday and Friday.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident phone manner.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with weighbridge operations is advantageous, but training can be provided.
  • Friendly attitude and willingness to contribute to a sustainable future.
