Job Title: Fleet Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Operations Coordinator to lead the coordination of our hire operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing wet hire operations, creating safe and compliant driving schedules, monitoring driver compliance, and ensuring service excellence.

This is a residential role with no FIFO options available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the allocation and maintenance of hire fleet vehicles to meet client requirements.
  • Create driving schedules for wet hire bus services that ensure timely availability and top-quality condition of assets.
  • Monitor driver compliance with company procedures and fatigue management requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on vehicle availability, delays, and forward planning.
  • Oversee the collection and timely submission of all relevant paperwork.
  • Develop strong relationships with high-value customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.

This role requires strong communication, planning, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
