Key Responsibilities- Track and manage warranty payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Reconcile warranty receivables with payments through the accounting schedule
- Process and submit warranty claims in accordance with warranty policy and procedures
- Compile warranty claim documentation, adhering to manufacturer guidelines
- Verify submission criteria required by factory or distributor
- Post credits into the dealer management system
- Follow up on payment of outstanding claims
- Control warranty parts, ensuring accurate tagging and storage
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in a Warranty Administration, Technician, or Advisor role is favorable but not essential. You will have a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
