Service Administration Professional

About the Role:
As a Service Administration Professional at Henry Schein, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, responsible for coordinating repairs and the service and installation of dental equipment. Your exceptional customer support skills will help us maintain our high standard and reputation in the market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Processing customer orders, inquiries, quotes, and returns
- Scheduling work for our field service technicians
- Ordering and transferring stock
- Monitoring jobs to ensure high-quality customer service and rapid completion
- Advising customers of progress and warranty support
- Managing repair exchange and warranty parts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a phone-based customer service or administration role
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to connect with internal and external customers
- Team-focused attitude with hands-on and adaptable skills
- Highly motivated individual who can work without direct supervision
- Computer literacy with experience working with MS Office and other software platforms
