About the Role

We seek an experienced Transformation Director to lead our culture and engagement strategy. In this pivotal role, you will modernize our listening strategy, drive culture change activation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed our narrative across all communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive culture transformation plan, incorporating recognition programs, culture and engagement action planning, and code of conduct.
  • Lead various culture change activation initiatives, providing support and expertise to prioritized culture transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with Group Communications, Business Partners, and colleagues across the People & Culture function to ensure seamless integration of our culture narrative.
  • Leverage Microsoft Viva suite to support culture change and generate insights, working closely with Group Technology.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading culture transformation initiatives in a similar setting.
  • Commercially astute with business acumen, impacting outcomes within the Banking and Finance Industry.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills, inspiring and motivating teams and business leaders to achieve culture change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
