Role Overview:
As the Venue Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for enhancing and standardizing Front of House operations across various locations. This position is vital for ensuring consistent service quality, maintaining high standards, and fostering ongoing improvements in guest satisfaction without direct involvement in daily service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy and Enhancement:
    Develop and refine standardized service protocols while honoring the distinct character of each venue.
  • Implement best practices across all locations to boost operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with venue managers to pinpoint areas for enhancement and execute effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, integrating relevant practices into our operations.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for front-of-house operations across venues.
  • Create a standardized reporting system to monitor labor costs and efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management and venue managers.
  • Oversee guest feedback and manage reviews across all platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in high-end hospitality management, preferably within a multi-venue context.
  • Strong grasp of the commercial aspects of front-of-house operations.
  • A proven history of performance monitoring and operational enhancement.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and locations.
