Job Title: Senior Financial Project Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate financial projects and work in tandem with the project manager to monitor expenses, risks, and opportunities within Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support project execution as a commercial counterpart to the project manager, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Manage project accounting, including cost control, revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Prepare financial analysis and reporting to provide transparency and facilitate operational planning.
  • Ensure adherence to IFRS revenue recognition standards and billing milestones, and participate in monthly closing activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of financial principles and project management.
  • At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP finance and project modules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
