Job Title: Project Coordinator & Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator & Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, tracking progress, and analyzing financial data to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure alignment with project scope and milestones.
  • Analyze financial data to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely project reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience with project scheduling tools and software, such as MS Project or Primavera P6, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
