We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at a leading NFP residential aged care organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality administrative support to the CFO and wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CFO, including diary management, governance, and board and committee meetings.
- Take minutes and prepare agendas for meetings.
- Day-to-day provision of office support activities, including mail distribution and dispatch, maintaining stocks of office consumables, and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in supporting senior-level management and/or office administration.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with ability to prioritise.
- Communicate clearly and confidently.
- Possess skills to establish and maintain good work relationships.
- Experience in NFP is preferred.
