About the Role

The Navigation and Business Support Officer provides exceptional customer service within a navigation service model. Reporting to the Coordinator Healthy Ageing, you will apply your specialized knowledge of My Aged Care and the aged service sector to provide information to help Manningham's older people and their families navigate the services they need. Your administrative skills will be well utilized in ensuring robust customer relationship management and data recording and management, together with provision of business support to the Healthy Ageing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line customer service and information to Manningham's older community members.
  • Apply customer service excellence to impart your expert knowledge of My Aged Care and the aged service sector.
  • Utilize your skills in customer relationship management, and data management and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the Healthy Ageing team in delivering diverse initiatives.
Requirements
  • An ability to accomplish goals within timeframes and strategic parameters.
  • Sound judgement and problem solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • A clear communicator well versed in My Aged Care and the aged care sector, with a passion for customer service excellence.
  • Skilled in business administration support and data management.
  • A collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in customer service and/or business administration, with demonstrated relevant experience.
