Our client is a NFP residential aged care organisation that offer a wide range of community care services to the elderly.
The Office Administrator will play a key role in the smooth-running of the office in Doncaster, working both on a one-on-one basis with senior staff, but also on a wider basis with internal and external stakeholders of the business.

Provide high quality administrative support to the CFO including:
- Diary management
- Oversee governance
- Attend board and committee meetings
- Take minutes and prepare agendas
Day to day provision of office support activities. Including:
- Mail distribution and dispatch
- Maintain stocks of office consumables including office supplies, stationery and catering
- Supporting the wider team with admin
About you:
- Relevant experience in supporting senior level management and/or Office Administration.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail with ability to prioritise.
- Communicate clearly and confidently.
- Possess skills to establish and maintain good work relationships.
- Experience in NFP is preferred.
