About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Head Chef who has led the kitchens of some of Sydney's most renowned restaurants or pubs. Your expertise in seafood cuisine and ability to lead high-performing kitchen teams will be essential in continuing the legacy of our beautiful beachfront icon.
