Executive Culinary Lead

Solotel is a leading hospitality organisation in Sydney and Brisbane, operating 26 venues across the two cities.
As Sous Chef with Solotel, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of The Bridgeview kitchen.
The role involves overseeing the kitchen operation, collaborating with the Head Chef, training and upskilling the team, back-of-house administration, ordering, stock take, and menu collaboration.
You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and creating elevated pub classics for our guests. With a strong focus on leadership skills and ability to multitask, you will be able to hit the ground running and contribute to the success of the business.
