The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to oversee our daily service operations and drive a solid culture within our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily service operations, including beverage management, ordering, stocktake, rostering, and training of the team.
  • Development of seasonal cocktail lists for Aria, showcasing creativity and expertise.
  • Management of bars, driving sales growth and revenue through effective inventory management and team leadership.
  • Mentorship and training of junior staff members to achieve their full potential.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Manager in high-end restaurants or cocktail bars.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Passion for bespoke cocktails and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
