Job Opportunity: Contract Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of business operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing, quantifying, and managing Bills of Quantities;
  • Liaising with our commercial department to arrange Project Securities and complete Job Setup Requests (JSR);
  • Drafting, reviewing, and interpreting specifications, technical drawings, and project plans;
  • Supporting the development of project budgets, cashflows, and pre-construction plans;
  • Engaging and managing subcontractors and suppliers according to our procedures;
  • Contributing to internal monthly financial reporting and project performance reviews;
  • Addressing and redirecting client queries appropriately;

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, industry experience in engineering or infrastructure-related projects, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bills of Quantities Management: Prepare, quantify, and manage Bills of Quantities;

Requirements:
