Job Title: Facade Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced contract administrator to join our facades team in support of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard Project Integrity — Lead HSEQ initiatives ensuring subcontractors adhere to safety standards from design through installation.
  • Manage Contracts Efficiently — Handle claims, notices, latent conditions, variations, retentions, and ensure timely completion of projects.

The successful candidate will gain valuable expertise across contract management, procurement, financial management, material coordination, and installation supervision. This role plays a vital part in coordinating facade projects from inception to completion.
