About the Role

We are seeking a Contract Review Specialist to join our team.

  • Review and assess contracts proposed by clients or subconsultants, identifying key clauses for negotiation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding key clause negotiations.
  • Address general contract queries from business units.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a legal, commercial or contracts environment (construction, infrastructure or engineering would be an advantage). They will also possess strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. A close team environment is essential.

Day-to-day tasks involve completing contract reviews, undertaking legal research, assisting with review of project correspondence on claims, and preparation of legal documents.
