Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated contract management specialist to support the commercial delivery of complex construction and ancillary contracts.

  • Prepare and manage contract documentation, including correspondence and claims, in accordance with industry standards.
  • Administer progress claims, payment certificates, and contract variations while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Liaise with legal counsel as required and contribute to dispute resolution efforts.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Support procurement processes and facilitate monthly reporting obligations.

About You

  • Proven experience in contract administration within the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • A comprehensive understanding of contract law and commercial principles.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PRISM G2 and Aconex is desirable.
