About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced procurement contract specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing subcontracts, promoting collaboration, and ensuring on-time performance and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain currency of existing subcontracts and negotiate subcontract variations.
  • Manage subcontracts, promote collaboration, and ensure on-time performance and compliance.
  • Develop practical solutions to procurement and subcontract issues.
  • Identify sourcing strategies and approaches to market for goods and services.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and execute contract documentation.
  • Manage subcontractor invoicing compliance and reporting.
  • Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Ensure compliance with supply chain management corporate governance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Three (3) to five (5) years' work experience in contracts management or procurement.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in law, business, or commerce.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good working knowledge of contracting and procurement responsibilities and tasks.
