Procurement Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Contracts Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing end-to-end support and advice in the form of drafting, negotiating, and administering procurement contracts.
Job Description:The Procurement Contracts Specialist will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts based on internal and supplier scope of works;
- Identifying and mitigating risk associated with contract performance and compliance;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to contract administration;
- Providing guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters;
- Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in business, law, or commerce;
- Experience working within the procurement or legal industry;
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate into business outcomes;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to prioritize and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
