As a member of the Global Reward Advisory team, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive reward programs, including annual remuneration reviews. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to process improvement projects that align with the reward strategy and broader business goals.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to People & Culture and business stakeholders using advanced analytics and data visualization skills.
Requirements:
