**THE ORGANISATION**
This well-established organisation is at the forefront of innovation and are growing. With circa 5000 employees globally, they have a well resourced HR & Reward teams. The Australian Reward team work on unique and exciting compensation projects.

**THE ROLE**
This role sits within a small team of Reward professionals in Australia with support from the other global regions. It also manages multiple countries across Asia and Europe.

Directly supported by the Senior Manager, Group Reward and a Reward Analyst. This role has

delegated authority to act within policy and direct the work of the broader Reward team with the

ongoing inclusion of the SVP Performance, Reward and Risk.

Main activities
- Facilitating the delivery of all Reward & Benefits activities. Key annual projects include salary

planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, benefit planning, vendor relationship management, and/or other services, across the Group.
- Working with Executive Management groups to build and implement Reward &Benefits solutions in line with business strategy.
- Providing interpretation and counsel to Executive/Strategic Management regarding Reward & Benefits policies, programs and practices.
- Researching issues and developing solutions to resolve strategic Reward &Benefits business

issues.
- Implementing new Reward & Benefits policies, practices and programs to meet organisational and Executive/Strategic Management needs.
- Managing the Reward & Benefits issues for the most senior Executive/Strategic Managers in the organisation.
- Implementing strategies to more effectively use Global Mobility as a key talent retention and development tool to meet short term and long term resourcing needs.

**THE CRITERIA**
The client is seeking a Reward Manager ideally with ASX listed experience or working across multiple markets outside of Australia.
