Category Leadership Role

This leadership position drives the development of a product portfolio that sets us apart in our industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the supply chain, encompassing domestic and international suppliers.
  • Ensure customer-led category portfolios provide a competitive advantage through regular range reviews and new product opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and oversee supplier performance.
  • Drive product innovation and development from concept to launch, collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Develop industry relationships to stay abreast of ongoing innovation and disruption.
  • Provide reporting and insights on category portfolios using data analytics tools.
  • Develop procurement plans for efficient product supply.

About You:

  • Successful applicants will have demonstrated experience in similar category management roles, with relevant experience in retail, procurement, supply chain, and marketing considered.
  • Experience working in B2B environments is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
  • A positive attitude and an inquisitive nature, with a desire to understand the business and products.
  • Strong relationship building skills, working with multiple stakeholders within the organization and external vendors and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required.
