Job Role:

Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technology Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support to our organization. As the primary point of contact for employee enquiries and technology-related issues, you will deliver exceptional service over the phone, via email, and in-person.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have proven ability to clarify priorities and resolve technical issues in a Windows 11 and Office 2019 / Microsoft 365 environment. Experience in an audio-visual environment, troubleshooting skills for supporting remote staff, and managing Mobile devices via an MDM solution are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical support to all employees
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the audio-visual service and video conferencing service
  • Support internal and external clients with administrative and procedural responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to clarify priorities and resolve technical issues
  • Experience in an audio-visual environment
  • Troubleshooting skills for supporting remote staff
  • Managing Mobile devices via an MDM solution
  • Active directory skills
  • Understanding of network topology
  • Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting VOIP softphones & telephone handsets

This is a customer service-focused environment that requires exceptional communication skills and flexibility to work rotating rosters.
