Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support for Digital Learning and Research Systems (DLRS) used by students and staff at the University.

About the Position
  • Support the day-to-day operations of DLRS, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Triage, resolve, and support the analysis and closure of incidents, enhancements, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to operational planning and knowledge management activities, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
