We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This position involves providing first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers by answering queries regarding our software
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and escalate where required
- Complete tasks within identified service standards
- Keep records of customer interactions, escalations, and actions via our Service Management System
- Deliver high-quality customer service and professional communication
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- Motivated individual with a passion for customer service
- Ability to acquire knowledge of software systems and support processes
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to escalate issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
- 1-2 years of customer-facing technical support experience in a fast-paced environment
