About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Escalate customer issues and concerns to ensure timely resolution
  • Partner with account managers to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Forecast and report on customer service metrics to inform business decisions

  • Proven experience in customer operations or account management
