About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at ACCS - ARES Customer Care Solutions GmbH. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through our Signature Success Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Signature customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Orchestrate all deliverables, including onboarding, contract renewal, and expansion, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide a unified Signature experience for our customers.
  • Drive Customer Success Score metrics and handle escalations and red accounts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer success, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of Salesforce products and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong consultative skills, with a deep understanding of customer needs and business goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
