About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Engagement Centre team as a Customer Engagement Associate. As the first point of contact for our national business, you will play a critical role in supporting internal stakeholders across all business units and assisting with the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing the customer experience at all times
  • Engage with customer enquiries via various channels, including telephone, email, and online platforms
  • Assist existing customers throughout their building journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Utilize CRM systems to capture leads, schedule tasks, and send communications
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and stakeholders through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal and team KPI targets, contributing to the success of the Customer Engagement Centre

Requirements
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to articulate and collaborate with customers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain trust
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong organizational awareness
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service role, with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload, with a focus on continuous improvement
