Job Overview

This Technical Solutions Specialist role involves leading the design, implementation and troubleshooting of voice solutions using a variety of tools. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for leading the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of complex voice/telephony/unified communications solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation planning of complex solutions for voice/telephony/unified communications.
  • Specify and design complex systems and recommend strategies for migrating eHealth solutions.
  • Undertake risk evaluations and conduct configuration changes on systems in line with enterprise change management systems.
  • Validate vendor designs, assure implementation plans, review bills of material, and statement of works.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical solutions design, publication, implementation, compliance and delivery to industry best practice frameworks for large-scale projects.
  • Experience working with ICT governance processes, standard operating environments, and technical design assurance.
  • Strong background in ICT solution design, review, change assessment, and technical assurance.
  • Ability to work closely with project teams to ensure delivery of ICT services to Queensland Health standards.
