Job Title: Senior Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Technical Solutions Specialist. Based in Brisbane, this role will involve working on various projects, utilizing technical expertise to design and implement practical solutions.

About the Role:
  • This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing technical teams or projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical design and implementation of project solutions, ensuring they meet quality and delivery standards.
  • Maintain a consistent focus on quality, with attention to detail and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving web standards, technologies, and software development methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working with Sitecore, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience designing data schemas, integrating relational databases into web solutions, and leveraging XML in complex software projects.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering methodologies, including object-oriented design, design patterns, and MVC.
  • Proficiency in SQL, relational data models, and database systems, especially in support of web sites and related architectures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
