Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

Solution engineers play a critical role in delivering and supporting complex systems within customer environments. As a technical solutions specialist, you will work on managing software installation, configuration, and support to ensure seamless integration with coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or Engineering and have experience in software development and IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage software installation, configuration, and support in customer C4I environments.
  • Set up and test integrations between C41 software products and coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.
  • Design and implement technical solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver technical training to customer administrators and users.
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support to customers on C41 software products.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and platforms such as Windows, Linux, Android-based operating systems, Active Director, database management systems, XMPP chat.
  • Deploying software applications into cloud-based and on-premises environments.
  • Knowledge of administration and operation of military command information systems, tactical radio devices, and radio networks, and ITIL (desirable).
  • NV1 Security Clearance.
