Job Title:

"Support Services Coordinator"

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Support Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

  • The successful candidate will have the ability to schedule therapy sessions in alignment with participant's Therapy Plan or Habit Coach Action Plan.
  • You will be responsible for rescheduling sessions if a practitioner or participant is unable to attend a scheduled session.
  • A strong onboarding process will be implemented, including explaining how we deliver our services in the social model and setting expectations of how we will work together.
  • You will complete an over-the-phone risk assessment and accurately record any identified risks, keeping our therapists and participants safe.
  • Maintaining accurate Service Agreements for participants will be your responsibility.
  • You will attend the weekly team meeting in the Hub; sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughs.
  • You will work closely with the administration team to complete all tasks across the area efficiently.
  • You will deliver professional and emotionally intelligent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email, ensuring the participant's experience is at the forefront of every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated experience with scheduling or rostering is required.
  • 2-3 years' experience in administration with a customer service and relationship building focus is necessary.
  • You will manage client databases and practice administration system.
  • You take personal responsibility for participant satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations.
  • You act with a sense of urgency, set clear priorities, and focus on the completion of tasks.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • You positively contribute as a member of a team, ensuring that the team achieves its objectives.
  • You approach problems with a 'can-do', problem solver attitude and enjoy the challenges that come each day.
  • You are change ready – we are always changing, improving, and evolving so you will have the ability to take on feedback and grow your skills.
  • Experience working in NDIS/Disability sector is desirable, however not essential.
