Job Title:

Administration Officer


Overview:

The Administration Officer plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our Specialist Outpatient Clinics.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Recruitment and Retention: Participate in the recruitment, selection, and retention of administration staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Administrative Coordination: Coordinate the Specialist Outpatient Clinics administration team, including monitoring and organisation of administrative elements to maintain efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide and promote excellent customer service to patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Teamwork and Service Provision: Promote efficient teamwork and service provision to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Qualification in Business/Office Administration preferred but not essential.
  • Certificate in medical terminology preferred but not essential.
