About the Role

The Customer Experience team is at the core of our business, we are the face of our company, and we provide front-line support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via various channels;
  • Collaborate with our dynamic teams to ensure every query gets a swift, seamless solution;
  • Meet individual KPI's and overall Service Levels consistently;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fintech trends and developments;
  • Participate in various projects when required;
  • Contribute to our legacy of exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish written and verbal communication at C1 level;
  • A proactive go-getter who takes charge;
